𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘁
Fillet 1 side of Golden Pomfret, try to cut as close to the bones and spine as possible.
Sprinkle with a little Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper on both sides of Golden Pomfret.
Place Golden Pomfret Fillet in air fryer, set the temperature 200°C for 10 minutes.
𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘁
Flip the Golden Pomfret to another side, cut a few deep slits (for the Chilli Paste to seep into the fish meat).
Trim Banana Leaves to slightly bigger than the size of Golden Pomfret.
Place Whole Golden Pomfret Fillet in air fryer, set temperature to 200°C, and time to 10 minutes.
Prepare Sambal Chilli Paste. Add 4 tablespoons of Sambal Chilli Paste to a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of Sole Fish Powder, mix well.
Spread it evenly on the steam cooked Golden Pomfret at 170°C, for 15 minutes.
Chopped a slice of Fresh Pineapple, set it aside, and spread it on the Golden Pomfret during the last 5 minutes.
Squeeze lime juice all over the pomfret and enjoy your meal!
