The Better Fish Barramundi are responsibly ocean-farmed miles off shore amongst remote islands. They eat an all-natural diet fortified with hers, minerals, and vitamins, making them one of the most nutritious and sustainable fish available. It is also an excellent source of all-natural lean protein. It has one of the highest omega-3 levels of any white fish, and is free from mercury and other contaminants. These hand-cut fillets are individually flash frozen within hours of harvest, locking in flavor and freshness.
OVEN BAKE FROM FROZEN – READY IN 24 MINUTES OR LESS
Bake directly from frozen—do not thaw!
1. Pre-heat oven to 425℉.
2. Remove frozen fish from wrapper in place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Microwave or stovetop are not recommended
