Cooking Instructions:
Pan Fry: Properly thaw or defrost frozen milkfish. Dust lightly with flour and fry for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve while hot.
Microwave: Properly thaw or defrost frozen milkfish. Remove from vacuum bag. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts. Serve while hot.
