– For Best Results : Remove fish from pouch and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Pat dry before use.
– For Quick Results : Submerge ouch under cold water for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thawed fish and pat dry.

Bake directly from frozen—do not thaw!
1. Pre-heat oven to 425℉.
2. Remove frozen fish from wrapper in place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Microwave or stovetop are not recommended.
