TO THAW
For Best Results: Remove fish from pouch and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Pat dry before use.

For Quick Results: Submerge pouch under cold water for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thawed fish and pat dry. Use immediately.

Do not refreeze.

TO COOK
Bake at 400℉ for 15 minutes.
Pan fry for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Broil for 5-7 minutes.
Air fry at 350℉ for 12 minutes.
