They eat an all-natural diet fortified with hers, minerals, and vitamins, making them one of the most nutritious and sustainable fish available. Australis Garlic Teriyaki Barramundi is generously seasoned with savory sauce, aromatic garlic, ginger and a touch of lemon. Naturally low in fat and with beneficial omega-3s, our fish have no additives or preservatives. It is also an excellent source of lean protein and have one of the highest omega-3 levels of any white fish. They are independently tested to ensure purity. Our hand-cut fillets are frozen within hours of harvest, locking in peak freshness and flavour.
