Cooking Method: Crispy Soft Shell Crab

Ingredients:

• 1kg Soft Shell Crab (thawed)

• 1 cup corn flour or plain flour

• Salt & pepper to taste

• Oil for deep frying

• Optional: Chili powder or garlic powder for extra flavour

Instructions:

1. Thaw the crabs in the chiller or under cold running water.

2. Pat dry with paper towels.

3. Season flour with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

4. Coat each crab evenly in the seasoned flour.

5. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok.

6. Fry crabs in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.

7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce or over rice/noodles.
