Preparation
Thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Season to taste. Grill – Pre-heat the grill. Place the fish on greased rack. Grill for 3-5 minutes and flip carefully. Grill another 3-5 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily. Bake – Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius. Place uncovered fish on greased oven-safe dish. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes. Fry – Pre-heat cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fish flakes easily. Broil – Pre-heat broiler. Place fillet on oven-safe dish and baste with vegetable oil. Place 3-4 inches away from broiler. Broil for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fillet flakes easily. NOTE: Oven, grill, and pan temperature may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
