Easy Cooking Method: Garlic Butter Steamed Mussels
Ingredients:

Greenshell Mussels (cleaned and debearded)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup white wine or water

Fresh parsley (chopped)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in wine/water and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add mussels, cover, and steam for 5–7 minutes until all mussels open.

Discard any unopened mussels.

Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
