Cooking Method: Garlic Butter Clams
Ingredients:

500g Frozen White Clams (thawed)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup white wine or water

Fresh parsley (chopped)

A squeeze of lemon
Instructions:

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add thawed clams and stir for 1–2 minutes.

Pour in wine (or water), cover, and cook for 5–6 minutes until clams open.

Discard any unopened clams. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
