500g Frozen Squid Rings (thawed)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: paprika, garlic powder for extra flavour

Oil for deep frying

Lemon wedges & tartar sauce for serving
Instructions:

Pat squid rings dry after thawing.

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.

Dredge squid rings in the flour mixture until well-coated.

Heat oil to 180°C and fry in batches until golden and crisp (about 1–2 mins).
