Ingredients:

• 400–500g Frozen Prawn Choso (thawed)

• 2 tbsp butter or oil

• 3 cloves garlic (minced)

• Pinch of salt and pepper

• Optional: chopped parsley or chili flakes

Instructions:

1. Thaw prawns under cold running water and pat dry.

2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

3. Add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.

4. Toss in prawns and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until pink and fully cooked.

5. Season to taste and garnish with parsley or chili flakes.
