Lo Mai Gai, also known as steamed glutinous rice with chicken, is a comforting dim sum favourite. Fragrant sticky rice is wrapped in lotus leaf and steamed together with tender chicken, Chinese sausage, mushrooms, and a savoury seasoning. Each bite is infused with the aroma of lotus leaf, making it rich, flavourful, and satisfying.
Cooking Method (From Frozen):

Prepare a steamer with boiling water.

Place Lo Mai Gai (with lotus leaf wrap) into the steamer.

Steam over high heat for 20–25 minutes until heated through.

Unwrap carefully and serve hot.
