Lo Mai Gai, also known as steamed glutinous rice with chicken, is a comforting dim sum favourite. Fragrant sticky rice is wrapped in lotus leaf and steamed together with tender chicken, Chinese sausage, mushrooms, and a savoury seasoning. Each bite is infused with the aroma of lotus leaf, making it rich, flavourful, and satisfying.

Cooking Method (From Frozen):

1. Prepare a steamer with boiling water.

2. Place Lo Mai Gai (with lotus leaf wrap) into the steamer.

3. Steam over high heat for 20–25 minutes until heated through.

4. Unwrap carefully and serve hot.
