Banana Leaf Fish Otah (Frozen) 
A local favorite with bold flavors—our Banana Leaf Fish Otah is made with spiced fish paste, wrapped in aromatic banana leaves and steamed to perfection. Fragrant, moist, and packed with a spicy kick, it’s perfect as a side dish, snack, or part of a hearty meal.

Each pack contains 5 pieces (300g).

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18°C.
Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Consume within 2 days after thawing.

Cooking Method : Steam, Microwave, Oven or Airfryer

For steaming, cook for 12-15 minutes. 

Microwaving requires wrapping the otah with cling film and cooking over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. 

Baking in the oven or air fryer typically involves wrapping the otah with banana leaf or foil and baking at 240°C for 15 minutes

Air frying at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
