Held from 4-6 November 2025 at Sand Expo and Convention Centre, the expo brought together forward-thinking businesses, entrepreneurs, and innovators from across Asia and beyond, all dedicated to shaping the future of sustainable food production and advanced agricultural technologies.

As a proud member of the Kranji Countryside Association (KCA), The Fish Farmer stands alongside fellow local farmers and agrifood producers who share a vision of promoting sustainable, locally grown food in Singapore. Our participation in Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia 2025 underscores that commitment — showcasing how technology like IOT-ezy can empower local producers to thrive through smarter farming, stronger food safety standards, and environmental stewardship.
The KCA’s mission to build a vibrant and self-sustaining local agrifood ecosystem aligns closely with our goals. By leveraging innovation and data-driven solutions, we are helping advance Singapore’s “30 by 30” vision of producing 30% of the nation’s nutritional needs locally by 2030.
A Visit from Senior Minister of State Zaqy Mohamad
One of the highlights of the expo was the visit from Mr Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Minister of State for Defence and Manpower, who stopped by our booth and expressed his strong support for local farmers and agrifood innovators in Singapore, emphasizing the importance of embracing technology to boost productivity and sustainability.
We were honoured by his visit and his encouragement toward companies like The Fish Farmer, who are working hard to strengthen Singapore’s food security through innovation and responsible farming. His recognition further reinforces the vital role that technology and local producers play in ensuring a resilient and sustainable food supply for the nation.
Championing Innovation in Aquaculture and Food Safety
At this year’s expo, we proudly showcased our flagship IoT Monitoring Solution - IOT-ezy, a comprehensive system designed to enhance operational efficiency, food safety, and aquaculture management. IOT-ezy enables real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, water quality, and environmental conditions, sending instant alerts whenever parameters deviate from safe ranges.
For aquaculture applications, we use IOT-ezy to monitor critical water quality parameters at our fish farms - especially dissolved oxygen (DO) levels) - a vital factor in maintaining healthy fish and minimizing mortality rates. With continuous real-time monitoring, our farm team can respond immediately to changing conditions, ensuring optimal water quality and supporting our commitment to sustainable, high-quality production.
Beyond aquaculture, IOT-ezy plays a key role in cold chain management and food safety compliance. By tracking temperature and humidity during storage and transport, the system helps ensure that all our seafood and frozen products remain in ideal conditions throughout the logistics process. This strengthens our ability to meet stringent lab audit, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards, while giving our partners and customers confidence in the freshness and integrity of our products.
