Cooking Instructions:

#Air Fryer :

1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).

2. Remove frozen Sweet & Sour White Fish from packaging. Put it on foil or parchment paper then put inside the basket.

3. Cook for 12–14 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 70°C (158°F).

#Conventional Oven :

1. Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F) withrack in centre position.

2. Remove frozen Sweet & Sour White Fish from the packaging and place in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan.

3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 70°C (158°F).

#Microwave Oven :

1. Remove frozen Sweet & Sour White Fish from the packaging and place on a microwave-safe dish.

2. Microwave it for 3-4 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 70°C (158°F).

3. Let it stand in microwave for 1-2 minutes before serving.
