👨‍🍳 Cooking Method (Pan-Seared):

1. Pat cod dry and season with salt & pepper.

2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

3. Place fish skin-side down, press gently to crisp.

4. Cook ~4 mins on skin side, flip and cook another 2–3 mins until flaky.
