Ingredients:
500g baby cuttlefish (defrosted), 4 slices of ginger, 2-3 scallions, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 chilies, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of sugar.

1. First, clean the baby cuttlefish, rinse it thoroughly, drain the water, and place it on a plate for later use.
2. Boil a pot of water, put the prepared baby squid into the pot, add ginger slices, and cook until boiling. Then cook for 3-5 minutes and remove.

4. Mince the garlic, chop the scallions and red chili peppers. Heat a pot of oil, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and once it’s warm, add the minced garlic.
5. Sauté the minced garlic until golden brown and fragrant, then add the red chili peppers and sauté until spicy. Add all the seasonings, stir well until dissolved, then turn off the heat.
