  • 2 pieces Fresh Seaperch Fillet 320g

Fragrant Minced Garlic Sauce

  • 1 whole Garlic Bulb
  • 1 tablespoon Light Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry Seaperch Fillet.

Prepare the Minced Garlic Sauce.

Add Oil into a pot, add Minced Garlic and stir fry, then add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, and mix well.

Step 2

Place fish in a bowl and spread the Fragrant Garlic sauce all over the fish.

Step 3

Using high heat, steam fish for 8 to 10 minutes.
