Ingredients
- 2 pieces Fresh Seaperch Fillet 320g
Fragrant Minced Garlic Sauce
- 1 whole Garlic Bulb
- 1 tablespoon Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
Step 1
- Rinse and pat dry Seaperch Fillet.
- Prepare the Minced Garlic Sauce.
- Add Oil into a pot, add Minced Garlic and stir fry, then add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, and mix well.
Step 2
- Place fish in a bowl and spread the Fragrant Garlic sauce all over the fish.
Step 3
- Using high heat, steam fish for 8 to 10 minutes.
