DEEP-FRIED CALIFORNIA BASS IN HK STYLE

Serves: Preparation Time: Cooking Time:
4 10 minutes 25 minutes

Ingredients:

California bass, gutted and cleaned 600g
Chicken stock 1 cup
Light soy sauce 2 tsp
Sliced leek 5g
Coriander Stem 5g
Sugar 10g

Directions:     

1. Deep fried the fish in medium fire for 15 minutes till both of the sides turn light golden.

2. Dish the fish onto a plate and set aside for a while

3. Prepare sauce: Place chicken stock, sugar, light soy sauce in a sauce pan. Stir and bring to a boil.

4. Scoop the sauce over the fish.

5. Garnish with leek and coriander stems. Ready to serve.
